Established in the Western Cape, South Africa, Nedoweb has its foundation laid and is all about good old fashioned service and modern software products and internet services.

How we deliver

Behind every good business is a good owner/decision maker! These are ‘people’ with concerns, expectations, hopes and dreams. It’s in knowing this that we are developing our company constitution to make sure that when we deliver a service that we remember the ‘person’ behind the word ‘client’.

The staff we choose to work for our company are the company. So we make sure that we select people that believe in technology, have the skill (tapped or untapped) and want to contribute. Some of the greatest companies in the world today have proven that productivity does not come from pounding more hours out of people, but rather from creating an environment that is conducive to productivity. The only people who can tell you about what such an environment should look and feel like are the people who work in it. This is what we view as a major characteristic of leadership… the ability to listen to people. These are the kind of leaders we will employ or develop to ensure a healthy equilibrium within the organization.
