Hosting your website is something that each business, or person, with a website has to do. How and where you host it is the real decision that has to be made. Bigger companies often have their own internal hosting servers where smaller and medium sizes business will outsource this function to Internet Hosting Providers (ISP).

Important questions to keep in mind when searching for an ISP are questions like: What technology will your website be built with? What is your target market and what level of service you expect? For bigger ISPs you could expect them to perform the general tasks for you whilst you will have to take care of the rest yourself, which can prove frustrating, but might save you some money.

On the other hand hosting with boutique style web companies where they only host their own clients websites on their own servers that are in turn hosted with the big ISPs anyway, will more than likely provide a more personal and complete service where you will have very little to do, but ask.

Basic Website Hosting

For basic static type websites you need no more than a space on a web server and we take care of almost everything else.

Content Management Systems (CMS) Hosting

We currently provide DotNetNuke (DNN) and Sitefinity as CMS options, where DotNetNuke does not require a license fee, but Sitefinity requires one license per domain name. Both platforms provide very similar features and whilst DotNetNuke provides a less expensive route to content management, Sitefinity provides it at a higher quality in terms of usability, standards based XHTML output and extra features such as workflow sub-systems, content versioning, publishing authorisation management and much more.

Advanced Hosting

Here we refer in particular to bespoke Web Applications hosted on our servers that frequently make use of third party applications or require very specific hosting configurations. There are some limitations, but for the most part we can accommodate most requests provided they don't negatively impact the overall performance of the servers.
